Complete forms.
You will receive a welcome email that details my practice policies and required forms. We ask that all forms and insurance verification are completed prior to your first appointment.

Initial Consultation via telehealth.
This is the information gathering appointment. You will have time to tell your entire story, and we will begin to make connections between your history, nutrition, health and current concerns. At the end of this session, we will co-create a roadmap toward healing that honors what matters most to you and your current season of life.

Ongoing Education and Support
This is a co-creating relationship as I believe healing truly occurs in a relationship. Every client has different support needs, but I generally work with clients for 3-6 months, on a weekly to bi-monthly basis.
FAQs
How do I verify my own insurance benefits?
Once you receive my verification of benefits form, grab your insurance card and call the member services number on the back of your card. My form provides you the exact script to confirm your benefits with the representative you speak to during this call. However, if you are unsure how to navigate this phone call, I can support you with this process.
Do you only offer telehealth services?
I do have an office in Fairview Heights, but it is currently being remodeled and under construction. I will re-open for office visits after the remodel is completed.
